At SLIM Healthcare Associates, we firmly believe in giving back to the community as part of our civic responsibility. All the providers have been involved in community based non-profit activities over the past many years. The Office location has been a hub for activities in the past such as food drives, community event planning meetings, and a center for vaccination events etc

SLIM Nurse Practitioners Yashvi Patel and Laura Diaz were honored at the request to come and educate the children of Bellavision Montessori on Feb. 11th, 2022, about COVID-19! It was inspiring to see how engaged the children were as they were passing around "Mr. Coronavirus."
